- Heated-chamber printing for ABS, ASA, polycarbonate, nylon and carbon- or glass-filled grades, plus PLA and PETG
- UL 94 V-0 flame-rated, ESD-safe, food-contact, medical-grade and chemical-resistant materials we can source where the application requires them, with the manufacturer's material data
- Heat-set inserts, or inserts embedded mid-print
- Built to drawing and tolerance, with tight-tolerance experience
- CNC facing and finishing of printed parts
- Labels, legends and item numbers printed on the part in the same shop
Example: a black production part with a heat-set M6 brass insert, built to an ASME Y14.5 drawing and finished with a printed item-number label.

Flame-retardant Onyx FR printed dimensionally for industrial applications. Few shops offer it. Send the part and its requirements and we'll confirm fit.
