Nine processes, one building. A part can be designed, printed, cut, machined, decorated, marked, assembled and packed in our Freeland, Michigan shop without leaving it, and the person who quotes the job is the person who builds it.
3D printing: 70-printer FDM farm
- 70 Bambu Lab printers across the A1, P1S, X1C, H2S and H2D series
- Parts up to 340 × 320 × 340 mm; larger items built as assemblies
- Heated-chamber machines for ABS, ASA, polycarbonate, nylon and carbon- or glass-filled grades; Markforged Onyx FR
- PLA, PETG and TPU for general and consumer parts; multi-color and multi-material workflows
- Production on a LAN print server with batch scheduling, SKU-level tracking, job instruction books and quality alerts
- What it means for you: one part to prove the fit, then a run of tens or thousands on the same settings, with inserts and finishing done here
UV printing
- Flatbed printing on a 330 × 415 mm area, parts up to 60 mm tall, with white ink, raised-texture and gloss effects
- Rotary printing for cylindrical items 45–100 mm in diameter
- Direct printing on plastics, acrylic, aluminum, wood and MDF: logos, legends, serial numbers, QR codes and full-color graphics
- What it means for you: the badge, nameplate, overlay or promo item is printed on the actual part, serialized if every piece is different, with no screens or plates to pay for
CNC engraving and cutting
- Desktop CNC with a 300 × 200 × 130 mm envelope and optional 4th axis
- Aluminum, brass, plastics and wood: cut blanks for signs and emblems, engraving, facing printed parts to tolerance, small tooling
- Larger and hard-metal machining available on request
- What it means for you: a printed part can be faced true where a datum has to hold, and a badge or plate blank is cut and engraved in the same shop that prints it
Laser cutting and engraving
- CO2 laser with a 700 × 500 mm bed for acrylic, hardboard, wood, film and other non-metals
- Cut blanks, overlay outlines and windows, templates, custom-shape keytags and awards, engraved plates and panels; permanent marking on metal available
- What it means for you: any outline from your DXF, cut and then printed or assembled without a second vendor
CAD design
- Parametric CAD from a sketch, a sample part or a list of requirements; build to your print or we design it
- Reverse engineering of worn or discontinued parts; first-article inspection; tolerance and fit verification
- Design for additive manufacturing and design for injection molding, led by an automotive plastics and injection molding technical specialist with a focus on insert molding
CAM programming
- Toolpaths for the CNC and laser programmed in-house from your DXF or STEP file, or from our own CAD
- Fixtures and registration templates printed here to hold your part for machining, cutting or printing
- What it means for you: a cut or machined feature is quoted and run by the same people who designed the part, and a revision is a file change
Graphic design
- Logo cleanup and vectorizing from whatever you have, including a photo of a jersey or a worn badge
- Layouts for overlays, nameplates, labels, badges, signs and promo items, matched to the part's print area
- A proof on the actual item before anything prints; approved artwork stays on file for reorders
Part marking
- UV-printed and laser-engraved logos, legends, instructions, serial numbers, lot codes, QR and Data Matrix on your parts or ours
- Variable data merged from your list or generated from a start number and a count, scan-checked from samples in every run
Assembly and kitting
- Heat-set inserts and mid-print embedded inserts, hardware, magnets, bonded and press-fit joints
- Label, badge, overlay and nameplate application; kitting into printed trays or bags; packing to your carton and label specification
- Direct-to-consumer and bulk B2B fulfillment from the same floor
