Variable data is a normal production mode here, not a special order. The static artwork is held constant and the data changes per piece: a serial on a nameplate, an asset number and QR on a tag, a lot code on a part, a dealer name on a badge. The list comes from your ERP export or a CSV, or we generate the range from a start number and a count.
What it covers
- Serial numbers and sequential ranges, duplicate-checked
- Lot, date and revision codes per release
- QR codes to URLs, records, manuals and warranty pages
- Data Matrix and 1D barcodes with human-readable text; GS1 or HIBCC content as supplied by you
- Per-piece names, departments, locations and languages
- A shipped-number log kept against the order
Where it goes
Printed on nameplates, rating plates, asset and calibration tags, overlays and panels, badges, and directly on parts and housings. Codes are scan-verified from samples in every run.
Applications that use it
Serial-number plates, asset tags, barcode and 2D code marking, UDI / UID marking, serialization on parts, nameplates.
