A part is not done when it comes off the printer. Most of what we ship has been through at least one more step: inserts pressed, a badge applied, a legend printed, two parts joined, a kit counted and bagged. We run those steps in one assembly cell for our own products and for customer programs, with fixtures built here and inspection on the way out.
What we do
- Heat-set insert and hardware installation, including inserts embedded mid-print
- Mechanical sub-assembly: fasteners, snaps, bonded and press-fit joints, magnets
- Label, badge, overlay and nameplate application
- Decoration and serialization as the last step before packing
- Kitting into printed trays or bags, counted and labeled
- Packing to your carton, label and lot specification; drop-ship to your customer
How programs run
Prototype samples of 1 to 5 for approval; bridge quantities of 5 to 250 while a program settles; recurring releases of 25 to 2,500 against a blanket order with an approved SKU record, stored artwork and revision; and a planned path to molded production when volumes justify it.
Applications that use it
Assembly, kitting and packaging, short-run OEM components, parts with inserts, private-label variants, kitting trays.
