Parts that have to fit, not just look right. We build functional components to your drawing and tolerance in engineering materials, with the inspection and finishing steps that make a printed part a production part.
What we build
- Dimensional parts to ASME Y14.5 drawings and stated tolerances, with tight-tolerance experience
- Parts with heat-set brass inserts, or inserts embedded mid-print
- Printed parts faced or finished on the CNC where a surface has to hold a tolerance
- Item-number labels, legends and marking printed on the part in the same shop
Materials
- Engineering grades on heated-chamber machines: ABS, ASA, polycarbonate, nylon, carbon- and glass-filled grades
- Markforged Onyx FR flame-retardant nylon, printed dimensionally for industrial applications
- UL 94 V-0 flame-rated, ESD-safe, food-contact, medical-grade and chemical-resistant grades we can source where the environment requires them, with the manufacturer's material data
- PETG, TPU and PLA where the application allows
Example
A black production part with a heat-set M6 brass insert, built to an ASME Y14.5 drawing with a slip-fit tolerance, finished with a printed item-number label, delivered as a complete component for a robotics equipment program.
What we need from you
A drawing or STEP file, the material or the environment the part lives in, the quantity and whether it repeats, and any testing you require. We confirm fit on a first article before the run.
