Jigs, Fixtures & Assembly Equipment

Assembly jigs, holding and press fixtures, sorting and kitting trays, registration and cutting templates, tool holders and end-of-arm tooling, printed in days from your part or sketch.

Production aids built for your line, the way we build them for ours. Our own production runs on printed trays, jigs, templates and holders, and we make the same equipment for shops, assembly lines and automation cells.

What we make

  • Assembly jigs and holding fixtures that locate parts the same way every time
  • Sorting trays, kitting trays and parts nests
  • Drill, cut, print-registration and alignment templates
  • Assembly aids, press-fit tools, insert-setting nests and guides
  • End-of-arm tooling, grippers and fingers for robots and pick-and-place
  • Gauges, go/no-go checks and inspection fixtures for non-critical dimensions
  • Workcell organizers, labeled tool and cutter holders, changeover kits

From our own floor

The photos above are the equipment we run every day: alignment jigs and registration templates that hold a sheet of labels or tags square to the print bed, labeled kitting trays for sockets, hex keys, Torx bits and fasteners, laser-cut cutting templates with the blanks they produce, nest fixtures for the insert press, tiered cutter racks for the CNC, and the slotted sorting and drying trays that finished parts move through. Each one started as a problem on our bench and became a printed part in days.

Why printed fixtures

  • Days instead of weeks from drawing to the line
  • Revisions are a file change, not a machining job
  • Shaped to the part, with features machining can't cut economically
  • Light enough for operators to move, strong enough in the right material
  • Pockets, legends and color coding printed in, so the tray tells the operator where things go

Materials and finishing

PETG and ABS for everyday fixtures, polycarbonate and filled nylon where stiffness and wear matter, TPU for soft contact surfaces, laser-cut hardboard or acrylic for flat templates, and CNC facing where a datum has to hold tolerance. Heat-set inserts for hardware that gets torqued repeatedly, and UV-printed legends where a labeled pocket beats a sticker.

Start a project: send the part the fixture holds, a sketch of the operation, or the fixture you want copied.
