Plastic Part Decoration & Finishing

Logos, legends, serials and QR codes printed directly on parts, tags, plates and faceplates.

You make or buy the part. We decorate, mark, serialize and pack it. Colky Manufacturing works as an outside secondary-operations supplier for molders, OEMs, machine builders and contract manufacturers.

What we put on your parts

  • Logos, legends, labels and instructions printed directly on molded, machined or 3D-printed parts
  • Serial numbers, QR codes and variable data, unique to each part in a release
  • Color zones, icons and indicator graphics
  • Raised texture, gloss and white-ink effects

One common part, many variants

Stock one base part and configure it late. Brand, model, language or customer-specific markings are applied per order, so you don't carry separate inventory for every variant.

Print area

  • Flat and low-profile parts up to 330 × 415 mm and up to 60 mm tall
  • Cylindrical parts 45–100 mm in diameter
  • Plastics including ABS, polycarbonate and acrylic, plus aluminum and wood

How programs run

  • Prototype (1–5 pieces): decorated samples for approval
  • Bridge production (5–250): decoration, serialization, assembly and inspection while your volumes settle
  • Recurring decorated part (25–2,500 per release): an approved SKU record with stored artwork and revision, released on your schedule against a blanket PO
  • Molded production: as a part's volume stabilizes, we plan the path to molding with you

Quotes separate engineering and first-article work, fixtures, and the recurring part price, so you know what a reorder costs before you place it.

Materials and inks for harder environments

UV-stable inks and primers for outdoor and vehicle parts, chemical- and solvent-resistant constructions for machine and washdown equipment, and medical-grade and food-contact substrates we can source where the application calls for them. Outdoor, solvent, food-contact and medical applications are qualified with you before we quote, so the ink, primer and substrate match the environment the part lives in.

What we print

We print the content you approve. Where an ID has to outlast printed ink, we quote laser engraving or an etched or anodized plate instead.
