Keep equipment running without waiting on an OEM part. We build guards, covers and replacement components to your specification, from a drawing, a sample of the worn part, or measurements taken on the machine.
Guarding and covers
- Point-of-operation guards, pinch-point covers and shields built to the dimensions and mounting you specify
- Chute liners, hoppers, deflectors and debris covers
- Clear polycarbonate or acrylic windows where visibility matters
- Replacement guards for discontinued or damaged originals, reproduced from the part you have
Replacement parts
- Obsolete or long-lead plastic components reverse-engineered from a sample
- Knobs, handles, brackets, cable guides, housings and trim
- Faceplates and control-panel graphics for equipment whose originals are no longer available
Materials
ABS, ASA, polycarbonate, nylon and filled grades for strength and heat, Onyx FR and UL 94 V-0 flame-rated grades where flame retardance is required, ESD-safe grades for electronics areas, food-contact and chemical-resistant materials for processing and washdown equipment, impact-rated polycarbonate for clear windows, PETG and TPU where they fit. We help select the material for the environment you describe, and manufacturer material data is available for your records.
How it works
Guards and replacement parts are built as components to the performance requirements you set. Machine-level safety standards and compliance remain with the machine builder or owner, since a guard only works with the equipment and interfaces around it. The customer is responsible for all component and system validation testing their application requires; if you want us to run validation testing on a component, we can quote it.
