About the Role
$15–$18 per hour | Seasonal | Full-time and part-time positions available
Expected season: Approximately mid-to-late October 2026 through December 31, 2026.
ColKy is adding several seasonal team members for our busiest time of year. We make magnetic toolbox labels, custom keychains, promotional products, and other personalized products in our Freeland production facility using more than 70 3D printers.
This is a hands-on production position focused on assembling, finishing, inspecting, and packaging products. The work is performed primarily while seated at an assembly workstation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assemble 3D-printed products and components
- Apply magnets, adhesive, hardware, and finishing materials
- Clean and prepare printed parts
- Inspect products for defects and correct minor issues
- Sort and organize products by order
- Package completed orders for shipment
- Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized
- Help with other production tasks as order volume requires
SCHEDULE
Full-time and part-time schedules are available. During our busiest periods, production will operate between approximately 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., with multiple shifts available throughout that window.
Applicants must be available for shifts of at least four hours. Availability for shifts of five hours or longer is preferred. Morning, daytime, evening, and weekend hours may be available.
SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT
Continued employment after the seasonal period may be considered based on business needs, attendance, performance, and available positions, but is not guaranteed.

Previous production, assembly, manufacturing, or order-fulfillment experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right people.
3D Printing Production Associate

About the Role
We make magnetic toolbox labels, custom keychains, and promotional products, and we make them ourselves - 70 3D printers plus UV printing, all under one roof in Freeland. The business went from two printers in a home office to this in roughly a year, and the production floor is where all of it actually happens.
We're looking for someone to keep that floor running. This is not a desk job, and it isn't a job where you'll be bored. Printers need tending, jobs need staging, parts need inspecting, and orders need to go out the door. If you like machines, like seeing finished product stack up at the end of a shift, and take it personally when something ships wrong, you'll do well here.
Full-time, on-site. We are not hiring part-time for this role.
WHAT YOU'D DO
- Operate and monitor a floor of roughly 70 3D printers running production jobs
- Load filament, swap build plates, start and clear jobs, keep the print queue moving
- Routine printer maintenance - nozzle changes, bed leveling, belt tension - and keep the maintenance log current
- Inspect finished parts against our quality standards; pull rejects and re-run them
- Assemble finished goods: magnets, labels, and packaging
- Run UV printing jobs for promotional and industrial orders
- Follow the job instruction books and quality alerts, and speak up when something looks off
- Help with pick, pack, and shipping when volume spikes
WHAT WE OFFER
- $17-$22/hr depending on experience, with overtime available through our busy season

Requirements
- Full-time and on-site, with overtime as needed - our peak runs mid-October through December
- Comfortable on your feet and working with your hands for a full shift
- Mechanically inclined - you're not intimidated by opening up a machine to fix it
- Able to follow written procedures exactly and log your work accurately
- Sharp eye for visual quality; you'd catch an off-center label before a customer does
- 18 or older, and able to lift around 40 lbs
NICE TO HAVE
- Any 3D printing experience - a printer at home absolutely counts
- CAD or 3D modeling
- Manufacturing, production, QC, or shipping background
- Comfort with basic computer tools and print queue software
Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role
ColKy 3D Prints sells on TikTok Shop, Etsy, Amazon, and our own website - roughly 13,000 orders in the last ten months on TikTok alone. The products work. The advertising behind them has never had a dedicated owner, and it shows: campaigns get launched, drift off target, and sit there because nobody has time to diagnose them.
That's the job. You'd own paid advertising end to end - building campaigns, watching what they actually return, and fixing or killing the ones that don't. You'd also own the quality of what those ads point at: listing SEO, product descriptions, photography, and how the website performs on a phone, which is where about 90% of our traffic comes from.
We're a team of four. There's no marketing department to hide inside and no layer between you and the results, which is either the appeal of this job or the reason it isn't for you. Starting part-time with a clear path to full-time as the role proves out.
WHAT YOU'D DO
- Build, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok
- Own return on ad spend - track spend against actual sales, report weekly, and cut what isn't working
- Diagnose underperforming campaigns instead of letting them run: search terms, negative keywords, audiences, conversion tracking
- Improve listing SEO across Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and our website
- Rewrite product descriptions and improve product photography
- Improve website conversion, mobile first
- Run the creator and affiliate program properly - recruit partners, send samples, follow up, and track what each one actually produces
- Plan ahead for our two seasonal peaks: October through December, and the run-up to Father's Day

Requirements
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns you personally managed - come ready to talk about specific numbers and what you changed to get them
- Comfortable reading performance data and making decisions from it
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and negative keywords
- Clear writing for ads and product listings
- Self-directed - you'll be setting your own priorities most weeks
NICE TO HAVE
- E-commerce marketplace experience: TikTok Shop, Etsy, or Amazon Seller Central
- Google Ads Performance Max experience
- Product photography or basic graphic design
- Wix or general website editing
- Experience with creator and affiliate programs
