How business orders work

From logo to boxed order

    Send the logo, the item and the count

    Order a priced item online, or send the idea through the form. A vector logo (SVG, PDF, AI) prints best; a clean PNG works.

  2. 2

    Approve a proof

    We lay the logo out on the actual item and send you a picture. Nothing prints until you approve it.

  3. 3

    We print and pack

    UV printed in our shop on blanks we stock or source, checked piece by piece, packed by the set if it's a gift order.

  4. 4

    Ship, pick up, or invoice

    Shipped in the US or picked up in Freeland. Organizations can pay by invoice or PO; the logo stays on file for the next order.

  • Quantity pricing The more you order, the lower the per-piece price. Tiers are shown on priced items and quoted on everything else.
  • Invoice or purchase order Companies, schools and municipalities can be invoiced instead of paying at checkout.
  • Your logo on file Approved artwork is kept, so reorders and new items with the same brand are quick.
  • Holiday orders Employee gifts and client gifts for December: get your headcount and artwork in by Friday, December 4 so proofs and production clear before the holiday shipping rush. Later is often still possible, so ask.
