Applications › Custom Parts & Enclosures
When the specification says flame-retardant, the material has to carry the rating, not the shop. We print dimensional parts in Onyx FR, a flame-retardant carbon-filled nylon, and in UL 94 V-0 rated ABS and polycarbonate grades, with the manufacturer's material data supplied with the parts. Few shops run these materials dimensionally; we do, with inserts and finishing to match.
Typical examples
- Brackets and covers inside electrical equipment
- Enclosure parts for electronics
- Cable management and routing parts in cabinets
- Components for industrial equipment with a flame-rating callout
- Replacement parts where the original was flame-rated
