Applications › Decorated Parts & Secondary Operations
An outside decorating step lets a molder or OEM ship a finished part without a print line of their own. We fixture your part on the flatbed, print white underbase and full color directly on the surface, add gloss or texture where you want it, and serialize if each part is different. Flat and low-profile parts up to 330 × 415 mm and 60 mm tall; cylindrical parts 45 to 100 mm in diameter on the rotary.
Typical examples
- Logos and legends on molded housings
- Instruction and warning graphics on parts
- Color zones and indicator graphics
- Serial numbers and QR codes per part
- Decorated samples for approval before a run
