Direct-to-Panel Printing on Supplied Enclosures

Send us your enclosure, lid or fabricated panel and we print the graphics straight onto it, no overlay, no label.

Applications › Interfaces & Control Graphics

When the panel already exists, the fastest way to a finished face is to print on it. Our flatbed handles parts up to 330 × 415 mm and 60 mm tall, so an enclosure lid, a control box face or a fabricated plate can be fixtured and printed in place with white underbase and full color. The graphic is in the surface, with no label edge to peel.

Typical examples

  • Electrical enclosure lids with legends and logos
  • Control box faces printed after machining
  • Fabricated aluminum panels from your shop
  • Handheld controller and diagnostic housings
  • Sensor and data-logger enclosures

Materials, process and quantities

Materials ABS, polycarbonate, acrylic, powder-coated and anodized aluminum, most rigid plastics; a trial print on a sample confirms adhesion.
How it is made Fixtured flatbed UV print with white underbase, optional primer for difficult surfaces, spot gloss.
Quantities One piece to prove the fit, then the run. Prototype samples, bridge quantities while a program settles, and recurring releases against a blanket order, each quoted on its own.
Options Serial or asset number per unit, color zones, multilingual legends, print after your machining so cutouts line up.
Who orders this Electronics, panel shops, machine builders, instrument makers.

What to send

One sample part, the artwork with position dimensions, and quantity. The sample is used for the trial print and returned with the first article.
