Applications › Prototypes, Fixtures & Production Aids
A template turns a measured layout into a repeatable one. We cut templates from hardboard, acrylic or aluminum on the laser and CNC, or print them with drill bushings and edge guides, straight from your CAD so the pattern is exact. Legends and orientation marks are printed on so the template reads right every time.
Typical examples
- Drill templates for panel and bracket hole patterns
- Routing and cutting templates for sheet work
- Marking and layout templates
- Registration templates for label and overlay placement
- Nesting templates for cutting fabric, foam and gasket material
