Applications › Identification & Branding
A molded or printed product often has a recess for a logo insert so the brand can change without changing the tool. We cut and print the insert to fit that pocket: acrylic, ABS or aluminum, printed first-surface or reverse so the graphic sits behind a clear face. For 3D-printed products we can also set a printed acrylic insert into the part mid-print so the print encapsulates it with no adhesive at all.
Typical examples
- Logo inserts for a recess in a housing
- Acrylic badge set into a 3D-printed part
- Printed caps and end plates
- Model-name inserts for a product family
- Branding plates on retail fixtures and displays
