Replacement Equipment Badges & Emblems

The badge on the machine is cracked, faded or gone, and the manufacturer no longer sells it. Send a photo and the dimensions; we rebuild it.

Applications › Identification & Branding

A missing or damaged badge makes good equipment look neglected and makes the model hard to identify at resale, audit or service time. Original emblems for older machines, trailers, cabinets and tools are often discontinued. We reproduce them from the old badge, a photo, or a sketch with measurements: the shape is laser cut or CNC cut from acrylic, aluminum or ABS, the artwork is rebuilt and UV printed, and the back gets the adhesive or studs the original used.

Typical examples

  • Discontinued machine-tool badges and logo plates
  • Trailer, lift and cart emblems
  • Cabinet and enclosure logo plates
  • Tool and appliance nameplate emblems
  • Faded or peeling dome badges replaced with a printed rigid badge
  • One-off replacements and small runs for a dealer or service shop

Materials, process and quantities

Materials Cast acrylic, black ABS, anodized aluminum, polycarbonate; high-bond adhesive, studs or screw holes.
How it is made Laser cutting or CNC routing of the blank, UV printing with white underbase and spot gloss, foil accents where the original used chrome or gold.
Quantities One piece to prove the fit, then the run. Prototype samples, bridge quantities while a program settles, and recurring releases against a blanket order, each quoted on its own.
Options Raised gloss on logo and lettering, chrome-look foil, color matched to a sample, outdoor UV-stable inks, serial or date code added.
Who orders this Industrial equipment owners, dealers and service shops, fleet and trailer operators, restoration shops.

What to send

A photo of the badge in place, overall width and height, how it mounts, and the quantity. The original badge, if you have it, is the best reference.
