Applications › Custom Parts & Enclosures
Molds make sense at volume. Before that, and for parts that never get there, a print farm is the production line. We run repeat releases of the same component to the same settings, with inserts, finishing and markings, against a blanket order and a release schedule. When a part's volume stabilizes, we plan the path to molding with you, with the printed part as the proven design.
Typical examples
- Components for products in their first year
- Low-volume variants of a molded part
- Service and replacement parts programs
- Parts for equipment built in the dozens per year
- Bridge quantities while a mold is being built
