Applications › Custom Parts & Enclosures
Every retrofit and every new build needs a bracket somebody has to design and make. We model it from your sketch or dimensions, print it in a filled nylon or polycarbonate that takes the load, add inserts for the fasteners, and machine the mating face if it has to sit flat. One for the pilot cell, then the set for the line.
Typical examples
- Sensor and camera mounts
- Adapter plates between components
- Cable and hose routing brackets
- Display and HMI mounts
- Retrofit brackets for added equipment
Materials, process and quantities
| Materials | Carbon- and glass-filled nylon, polycarbonate, ABS, ASA; aluminum where machined. |
|---|---|
| How it is made | CAD from your sketch, 3D printing, heat-set inserts, CNC machining of mating faces or aluminum versions. |
| Quantities | One piece to prove the fit, then the run. Prototype samples, bridge quantities while a program settles, and recurring releases against a blanket order, each quoted on its own. |
| Options | Inserts and threaded features, slotted adjustment, printed labels, aluminum machined version for higher loads. |
| Who orders this | Automation and robotics, machine builders, labs, facilities. |
What to send
A sketch with dimensions or the two parts that need joining, the load, and quantity.
