Applications › Prototypes, Fixtures & Production Aids
Robot cells need fingers shaped to the part they pick, and they need them again when the part changes. We design and print gripper fingers and EOAT components from your part and gripper files, in carbon-filled nylon or polycarbonate for stiffness, with inserts and the mounting pattern of your gripper. A set per part, a spare set on the shelf.
Typical examples
- Gripper fingers shaped to the part
- Vacuum cup mounts and manifolds
- Tool changer plates and adapters
- Soft-contact fingers for finished surfaces
- Multi-part EOAT for mixed picks
Materials, process and quantities
| Materials | Carbon- and glass-filled nylon, polycarbonate, TPU contact pads; machined aluminum where needed. |
|---|---|
| How it is made | CAD from part and gripper files, 3D printing, inserts, CNC machining of mounting faces. |
| Quantities | Sets per part number, with spares and the model kept for the next changeover. |
| Options | Compliant contact pads, part-present sensor pockets, air routing, printed part numbers. |
| Who orders this | Automation integrators, robotic cells, packaging, molders with robot extraction. |
What to send
The part file, the gripper model, the approach direction, and the number of sets.
