Applications › Interfaces & Control Graphics
A touchscreen or display needs a surround that frames it, carries the legends and status icons, and survives the operator. We print rigid 1/16 to 1/8 in polycarbonate on the back side, leave the display area clear, add white behind the graphics, and cut the outline, display window and mounting holes. Smoked polycarbonate gives a deadfront bezel where icons appear only when lit.
Typical examples
- Touchscreen bezels for machine HMIs
- Display faceplates on packaging and processing equipment
- Operator panel faces with status icons
- Replacement bezels for retrofitted displays
- Bezels with integrated nameplate and serial field
