Applications › Prototypes, Fixtures & Production Aids
Small tooling does not need a large shop. We machine small aluminum dies, prototype mold inserts, forming and bending tools and casting patterns on the CNC, and print the patterns, nests and gauges around them. The engineering behind it is a career in automotive plastics, molds and stamping dies, so the tool is designed by someone who has run tools, not just cut them.
Typical examples
- Prototype mold inserts and cavities in aluminum
- Small forming and bending dies
- Casting patterns and core boxes
- Hand press tooling
- Trim and punch tooling for printed and sheet parts
