Custom-Shape Acrylic Keychains – Laser Cut, Full Color

Keychains cut to the outline of your logo, mascot or product. We laser-cut each one from 3 mm acrylic, UV-print it full color, and add a split ring. Any shape about 2 to 3 inches across.

What you get

• Laser-cut from 3 mm cast acrylic to your outline, about 2–3 in across, split ring included
• Full-color UV print with a white underlayer; back side can be printed too

How it works

1. Pick the quantity and place the order.
2. Reply to your order confirmation email with your logo, artwork or the text you want (vector SVG/PDF or a sharp PNG/JPG works best).
3. We lay it out on the actual item and send you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
4. Ships in the US, or pick up at the shop in Freeland, Michigan.

Artwork: A vector file (SVG, PDF, AI) with a clean outline is ideal. From a PNG we'll trace the outline and show it to you on the proof before cutting. Very thin parts (under 3 mm) need to be thickened or bridged.

One design per pack. Different designs or names on individual pieces, larger quantities, or something not listed: start a project and we'll quote it.

By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. Approved custom products can't be returned except for our error, a production defect or shipping damage.
